• Contact details you submit through demo requests, waitlist signups, or email — name, business email, company, and message.
• Product content you upload, such as product photos and catalog data, processed to generate listings.
• Usage data such as pages visited, referring site, browser, device type, and approximate location, collected only with your consent to analytics cookies.

We use your data to respond to enquiries, provide and improve the Catloger service, generate and export listings you request, keep the service secure, and send service updates you have asked for. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your uploaded catalog content for any purpose other than delivering the service to you.

We process data where it is necessary to perform a contract with you, where you have given consent (for example analytics cookies or marketing email), or where we have a legitimate interest in operating and securing the service. You can withdraw consent at any time.

We share data only with providers that help us run the service — hosting and infrastructure, email delivery, AI processing for listing generation, and analytics. These providers act on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality obligations. Some may process data outside India; where that happens we use appropriate safeguards.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

Catloger is a business product and is not directed at children.
