Terms of Service

By accessing Catloger, requesting a demo, or using the product, you agree to these terms. Catloger is provided by Apexhood Private Limited, registered in India. If you use Catloger on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.

Catloger generates product listing content — titles, descriptions, SEO fields, tags, and structured attributes — from the product photos and data you provide, and produces marketplace-ready export files. Features described as upcoming are not part of the current service and are not guaranteed.

• You must have the rights to any images, text, or catalog data you upload.
• You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it to any marketplace, and for complying with each marketplace's rules.
• You may not misuse the service — no reverse engineering, scraping, resale of the service, unlawful content, or attempts to disrupt the platform.

You keep all rights in the content you upload and in the listing content generated for you. Apexhood Private Limited keeps all rights in the Catloger platform, software, branding, and documentation. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your business.

Paid plans are billed according to the plan you select. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of applicable taxes and are non-refundable for periods already served. Pricing may change with reasonable notice.

Generated content is a draft produced by automated systems. We do not warrant that it is accurate, complete, compliant, or fit for a particular marketplace. You must review and approve output before use.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We may modify or discontinue features from time to time.

To the extent permitted by law, Apexhood Private Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data. Our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using Catloger at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the service unlawfully. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
